When you request a confidential document such as an offering memorandum, we also record that you accepted the confidentiality terms, which document you requested, and when.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring site or campaign parameters that brought you here.

How we use it

Confidential documents

Offering memoranda, rent rolls, and financial statements are the property owner's confidential information. When you request one, we record your identity and your acceptance of the confidentiality terms, and we share that record with the owner or their representative. Download links are personal to you and expire shortly after they are issued.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who operate this site and our systems on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer-relationship tools), with property owners and their representatives in connection with a property you have inquired about, with co-brokers where a transaction requires it, and where required by law.
